The presentation from the keynote that I gave on February 15 at 1stConf in Melbourne about The Need for Continuous Improvement in Agile is now available. It has been published on my presentations page and is also available on slideshare.
In the keynote I showed why continuous improvement matters in agile and what you can do to help your teams and organization to be more agile.
For decades people have looked for the best way to develop software. Although we have, as a whole improved, many organizations still struggle. Agile isn’t a silver bullet, and it’s not a one size fits all approach.
Continuous improvement is what makes it work, it’s at the heart of agile – something that was confirmed by Alistair Cockburn in his keynote on the heart of agile.
