Pricing
Unless otherwise stated prices are excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout.
Business customers in EU can use reverse charge on VAT. Please enter your VAT ID at checkout.
Customers outside the EU do not have to pay VAT.
Payments
I’m offering many popular payment methods like Credit card, Amazon Pay, PayPal, IDeal, Bitcoin, etc. If your favorite payment method isn’t there, let me know.
Payments can be done in Euro. There’s an option to calculate the price in dollars, but since this shop is based in the Netherlands, the prices in dollars will vary as they depend on the exchange rate. Customers outside the EU can also pay in euros by for instance credit card or paypal using the exchange offered by these payment methods.
Invoice payment can be used for paperbacks and workshops. After the invoice has been paid the book will be shipped or your workshop registration will be confirmed. Invoice payment is not offered on virtual products like eBooks and download games.
Direct Bank Tranfer is only possible for orders of €25 and higher. When used for virtual products then you will receive the download links after I have received the full payment.
When using invoice or direct bank transfer for payments outside the euro zone, please assure that the bank costs on both sides of the payment are included in the amount transferred by you by selecting “sender pays all costs” or “OUR”. Bank cost will not be paid by me. Your order will be shipped once the full payment is received. When refunding partial payments in case of a refund all payment costs will be reducted before I make the payment.
Digital downloads
Digital orders are directly available after payment. You will receive an email after you placed your order with the download links. Sometimes this email ends up in the spam box, so you may want to check that.
Alternatively, you can log into your account and view your orders and download all files.
For safety reason, files are only available a limited time after purchase for download. If you haven’t been able to download a file in time, contact me and I will reactivate the download link.
Shipping
Physical orders are normally shipped same day or next working day with PostNl or DPD using standard delivery.
If you order a single book or a small number of books, then it will be sent as a letter without track & trace which will be directly delivered to your mailbox.
Delivery times are roughly:
- Netherlands: 1-2 days
- Europe: 5-10 days
- Rest of the world: 8-25 days

Shipping rates are based on the shipping costs charged by the shipping company.
If you require your order to shipped with priority then please contact me before you order it so that we can figure out the best way to do it.
Invoice
All orders are confirmed by email, this confirmation includes your payment with specified tax (if applicable). If you need an official invoice, please contact me, and I will send it to you by email.
Cancellation and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled by contacting me. Digital orders are completed after payment and cannot be cancelled, however you can request a refund.
I will fully refund your money if you are not satisfied with a product. Contact me by email to let me know. In most cases, products do not need to be returned. If you want to return a product, you will have to pay the shipping costs.

All reviews are verified by me personally to ensure that they come from actual customers.
All reviews are collected and handled, regardless if they are positive and negative. I value your feedback.
