Ben Linders is a well-known agile software expert and a frequent blogger and author. This interesting book is a welcome addition to the agile literature because agile is not as strong in quality as Watts Humphrey's team software process (TSP) although agile is better than waterfall. Ben's book covers more than agile, and has interesting discussions about inspections, which are very efficient in finding bugs. Great content, full of do's and don'ts. It looks at quality and why it is so important to understand the customers' needs before deciding which approach to take. I enjoyed reading it and would recommend it to anyone who has an interest in software quality
