Let’s get together and play the Agile Self-assessment Game.

During this meetup, Ben Linders will show how gamification enables you to pull in ideas for change and apply those in a way that best suits your collective needs. We’ll be playing with the Agile Self-assessment Cards to find out how this works. There’s also time for questions on agile adoption, transformations, and self-assessments.

It is a serious cooperative card game, an agile ”compass & map”.

Join us and find out:

– Where you are on your agile journey and get inspired with ideas and suggestions on where to go next.

– What you can do to increase your agility to deliver more value to your customers and stakeholders.

You can play with the self-assessment cards in agile retrospectives, or use the cards to set up a team or explore how things are going in your team. Games can be played with cards in co-located and distributed teams; there are many different playing formats available and you can design your own online game format using digital card images.

Agile Humans Lean Coffee is committed to improving the quality and quantity of the first Agile manifesto value: Individuals and Interactions over Processes and Tools.

We help each other improve our work by teaching each other what we’ve learned through practice.

Initially, our meetup group used to gather the local agile community in Serbia, but now we have become international – our meetups are online and the communication is in English. We have monthly practitioner-driven talks, every first Thursday at 6.30 pm.
