Workshop: Fostering a Sustainable Collaborative Culture with Psychological Safety

It increases personal engagement, makes it easier for people to speak up at work, and enables learning from failure. When people feel psychologically safe, your organization will become more adaptive and resilient, able to deal with changes and innovate.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to foster a culture of psychological safety that enables high-performing teams to deliver faster and better. The practical exercises teach you to recognize the warning signals of low psychological safety and to take appropriate action to increase the level of psychological safety.
Psychological safety is important for tech organizations as it enables faster delivery, innovation, learning from failures, and experimentation.
