XP Days is a two day conference on agile software development for and by practitioners.

I have submitted a session about the Agile Self-assessment game to XP Days Benelux 2017.

XP Days Benelux is one of my favorite conferences. There’s an outstanding program year after year. The atmosphere is great, attendants are eager to share their experiences and learn from each other. Attendance is limited to 150 people which makes it easy to network with people, even for introverts.

XP Days Benelux is the only conference that I know that allows presenters to continuously improve the details of their proposals. For instance when they develop new insights for their talks or workshop, or based on feedback that they get from other participants and the organizers. In return they ask to help other participants improve their session. The conference uses a Perfection Game exercise for giving constructive and useful feedbac LPk.
