SPIder P-CMM workgroup on Career Development

On august 23 the members of the SPIder P-CMM workgroup have their regular meeting. Topic of this meeting is “Career Development”. The workgroup consist of professionals interested in workforce maturity and its contribution to Software Process Improvement (SPI). They use the People CMM (P-CMM) as a reference model to share experiences, and to learn from each other. Membership is free, but since this is a local chapter in the Netherlands, all meetings are in Dutch. However many of the papers or presentations resulting from this workgroup are in English.

The workgroup is part of the Dutch Software Process Improvement network SPIder. SPIder is an independent platform where both novices and experts exchange knowledge and experience. Since 1995, SPIder has contributed to the awareness of Software Process Improvement (SPI) in Netherlands, and the benefits that SPI delivers for companies. SPIder is associated with the Software Engineering Institute (SEI).
