Agile Practitioners Conference in Tel Aviv

January 26, 2016 - January 27, 2016

The Agile Practitioners conference is the agile conference for the agile community by the agile community. Conference theme for 2016 is Hands-on agility.

The conference is for any Agile practitioner, novice, intermediate or expert, seeking to increase their knowledge and network. The program is carefully crafted to suit programmers, testers, managers, product managers, program managers, human-resources professionals, coaches, consultants, senior managers, and practically anyone who is or wants to be an awesome Agile Practitioner.

At the Agile Practitioners conference I will talk about Spicing Up Agile Retrospectives:

The agile manifesto proposes that a “team reflects on how to become more effective”. Agile retrospectives can be used to inspect and adapt the way of working. Retrospectives help teams to deploy agile practices in an effective way and to continuously learn and improve themselves. Ben Linders, co-author of Getting Value out of Agile Retrospectives, will talk about the why and how of agile retrospectives, with much practical tips, stories, and examples.

I will also cover this conference for InfoQ.

At January 26 I will give a workshop Make Your Agile Retrospectives More Valuable as a full day tutorial at the Agile Practitioners Conference.
