Retrospective Facilitators Gathering 2017
May 8, 2017 - May 12, 2017

Every year, a group of us who are passionate about retrospective facilitation gather to share observations, grow our skills and work out things that are puzzling us. It’s a small invitation only gathering, which provides for an opportunity for very focused and high-density learning, not to mention a bit of fun and interaction with our peers.
I’m joining the Retrospective Facilitators Gathering (RFG) again in 2017 to learn about new exercises and sharpen my facilitator skills.
Together with Luis Gonçalves I wrote the book Getting Value out of Agile Retrospectives. I will share experiences from the exercises described in the book and many other retrospective exercises and practices for getting actions done and helping organizations to strive towards continuous improvement.

Why is the RFG by invitation only? I would think that you would want to open this up so that we all could learn.

The RFG purposely is small, about 30 attendees. Attendees of previous editions get the first opportunity to sign up, then others can be invited.
Michele: Are you interested to come to this event?

Hi, I am helping in organizing a World Retro day in 2018 and I would be glad to be able to attend the Retrospective Facilitators gathering. First of all because that’s my real passion, and secondly because it will be held in the Netherlands where I live. Is there any chance I can be invited?
If not, it’s also ok, it will just motivate me to work harder next year =)
Cheers

The Retrospectives Facilitators Gatherings are invitation only events. I’ve just sent you an email on the “process”for invitation.
As a start, let’s connect!
