I will be giving two workshops on Agile Retrospectives in Kiev early April, in connection with giving a talk at the 7th Agile Eastern Europe (#AgileEE) conference.
- Workshop Valuable Agile Retrospectives for Teams, April 11, 2016
- Workshop Increasing Organisational Agility with Retrospectives, April 12, 2016
In the workshop Valuable Agile Retrospectives for Teams you will learn different exercises that you can use to facilitate retrospectives, supported with the “what” and “why” of retrospectives, the business value and benefits that they can bring you.
In the workshop Increasing Organisational Agility with Retrospectives you will learn how to scale agile retrospectives, doing them with multiple teams from a project, product or organization, practice facilitation skills with different retrospective exercises, and learn how you can introduce and improve retrospectives. You will also learn to do agile self-assessments and readiness checks and to design and facilitate retrospectives that help organizations to increase their agility.
Ticket sales has started, see April 11 and April 12. A discount is available if you combine the two workshops. If you buy a ticket for one of these workshops then you will receive a free copy of the ebook Getting Value out of Agile Retrospectives in English or a copy of a translated edition.
Agile Eastern Europe is the annual, largest and most well-known Agile conference in the Eastern Europe. The conference will be on April 8 and 9 in Kyiv (a.k.a. Kiev), Ukraine, which is nicely placed and easily reachable to be a hub for Eastern European agilists. I will give a talk about the road to agility.
