I’m developing a Kanban Expansion Pack for the Agile Self-Assessment Game. Currently, I’m looking for reviewers to improve the cards. Can you help me?
The Agile Self-assessment Game helps teams to discover how agile they are and what they can do to increase their agility. The game can be played by teams to reflect on their own team interworking and agree upon the next steps for their agile journey.
The Kanban Pack will be the fourth extension for this game after the Scrum, DevOps, and Business Agility packs. It will become a PDF with images for cards with statements and playing instructions covering Kanban principles and practices.
If you have experience with Kanban, for instance from being involved in Kanban implementations/transformations, working with Kanban teams/organizations, or improving organizations using Kanban, and have an hour to spare, then I’d like to hear from you!
