2015 State of Scrum Report published

news Ben LindersThe Scrum Alliance has published the 2015 State of Scrum Report.

Some of the findings mentioned in this report are:

  • Nearly half the respondents (49%) cite fulfilling customer needs as the highest business priority for Scrum projects
  • 87% agree that Scrum is improving the quality of work life for their teams
  • 81% holds retrospective meetings, 79% does them after each sprint

The report states that “the overall success rate of projects delivered using Scrum is 62%” and that “identifying and measuring the success of Scrum project is the most common challenge”. I have collected reports on the business benefits of agile, these reports provide insight in the value that agile (using Scrum or another framework) can bring.
