A question I often get during my talks and workshops is if you need to do agile retrospectives if the team feels that everything is going well. Short answer is yes, improving yourself never stops. Let's explore how you can do valuable agile retrospectives with teams where everything goes well.
The Vietnamese edition Khai thác giá trị Agile Retrospective has been released on Leanpub. With this release there are now 9 translated editions of the successful book Getting Value out of Agile Retrospectives available.
I gave two well received talks at Agile Tour Beirut, one about how to become a better Scrum master and one on doing valuable agile retrospectives to continuously increase your agility. The slides of these talks can be downloaded from my presentations page.
In the opening keynote at Agile Tour Kaunas I presented the need for continuous improvement in agile. I explained why we need to uncover better ways to continuously improve, and how agile helps us doing that to deliver more value.
