Agile Retrospective Bingo
The Agile Retrospectives Bingo is a game to identify and discuss unproductive behavior in retrospective meetings, improve team communication and collaboration, and make agile retrospectives more valuable. It’s a kind of bullshit bingo which is geared towards agile retrospectives.
In this short workshop, we will play the Agile Retrospectives Bingo in teams. Half of the team will do a retrospective using role play, the other half will observe what happens. When an observer sees unproductive behavior, they will put a coin on the bingo card. The first one who has a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line, yells bingo and the retrospective stops. Then we’ll reflect and discuss what happened to learn how we can deal with unproductive behavior.
An interactive online workshop where you can practice culture change, learn how to increase team autonomy and morale, and explore using retrospectives to keep your agile journey going smoothly. Join me on September 27, 2022.September 27, 2022 at Online
