My highly popular Agile Self-assessment Game is now also available in Polish. The basic agile game and the DevOps and Scrum expansion packs have been translated by Kamil Wójcik from English to Polish. Thank you Kamil!
The Agile Self-assessment Game – Polish edition helps teams to discover how agile they are and what you can do to increase their agility. It’s a PDF with images for 52 cards with statements and playing instructions that can be used by teams and organizations to self-assess their agility. The game can be played by teams to reflect on their own team interworking and agree upon the next steps for their agile journey.
From the Polish translation by Kamil Wójcik:
Gra Agile Self-Assessment może być wykorzystywana przez zespoły i organizacje do samooceny ich zwinności. Podstawowa gra składa się z 52 kart z wyrażeniami dotyczącymi stosowania zwinnych praktyk.
I will be playing the Polish and English editions in the Dojo Increasing our agility at Agile by Example on Monday, October 9, in Warsaw, Poland.
There are no best practices, only good practices in context. When you’re on an agile journey you will need to adjust along the way, and decide which practices you want to apply, improve, or abandon. The Agile Self-assessment Game helps you to do this, and more.
The card texts are based on the manifesto for agile software development and generally accepted agile principles and practices. This makes the game useful for all agile teams, whether using Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, DevOps, SAFe, LeSS or any other agile framework.
