Good and compact pocket book about retrospectives.
Enjoyed reading it. It is a very handy book for novice and experts. Just keep it simple.
The retrospective ceremony is simple but tough to adapt. Once adapted it is easy to become monotonous and teams can lose their interest. Ultimately we may not get value out of it. This book gives you many exercises which can help for novices as a launch pad for retrospectives
Retrospective is one of the most important aspects when doing a project. It’s a main dimension of agile project management.
This short book is for me handy as a reference whenever required. Thanks to Luis & Ben for writing this greate book and also publishing it in Dutch.
