Earlier I’ve shared my definition of a process. Methods (like Scrum, Prince2, XP, etc) help professionals to discuss the way to do things, to become more effective.
Methods can help, but they can also drive you mad. To deploy a method, you must understand how it is build up, and why. I’m joining the AgileHolland session on august 31, to see how others have used agile methods, and to share experiences in the open space.
