I’m offering many Agile Coaching Tools in my webshop. To get started using those tools, I’m providing personal Kick-off Training for Agile Coaching Tools.

Kick-off Training

The Kick-off Training for Agile Coaching Tools is a one-hour remote workshop to use Agile Coaching Tools in your daily work. It’s a live workshop, led by me personally, to help you understand the tools that you have bought and explore how to apply them in your organization.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how you can:

• prepare and set-up a coaching or mentoring session
• facilitate the session
• support online game playing, using any of the Agile Coaching Tools

We’ll zoom into the tools that you bought where I can answer any questions on how it works, what you can do with it, tailoring it to your specific needs, etc.

I will contact you to plan the training and arrange everything. I’m normally available on short notice and am flexible regarding the time to accommodate what works for you.

As a kick-off training, this workshop will take only one hour. It can be extended to go deeper into the Agile Coaching Tools, mentoring, coaching or facilitation, or to explore how to use the tools for continuous improvement. Contact me and we’ll work it out :-).

This workshop is part of my remote coaching services. These remote services are provided using a video + audio connection (Google Meet, Zoom, Skype or likewise) at a time that works for you and me. My remote workshops and coaching sessions are highly interactive, you’ll learn things that you can apply directly in your daily work in a short timeframe without any traveling.

Agile Coaching Tools

Agile coaching tools are games, exercises, and coaching cards that I have developed over the years. I use them in my onsite and virtual workshops and when coaching teams. Many of these tools are now available as digital downloads on my webshop.

These downloadable coaching tools consist of PDF files that you can print out to create the cards, games, and playing instructions. Most tools also provide images of all individual cards and playing elements, making it possible to use them for remote agile coaching and online game playing using for instance tools like Miro, Mural, or Google Jamboard.

The tools come with Free Lifetime Support to help you preparing and playing games or setting up a coaching session.
