Agile retrospectives helpen teams om te leren. Teams passen hun werkwijze aan om beter te worden in wat ze doen. Continuous improvement requires that people reflect and find ways to do their work in a better way. In February 2016 I will be giving three workshops in Melbourne Australia, one on continuous improvement and two on agile retrospectives.
