In een eerder artikel over Veranderen vanuit je Sterktes heb ik kort verteld wat Oplossingsgericht Werken is, en hoe je het toe kunt passen. In de module  De Organisatie Organiseren van veranderproject.nl oefenen we met deze positieve veranderaanpak. Van diverse cursisten kreeg ik de vraag om meer inzicht te geven in Oplossingsgericht Werken, en de toepassing als veranderinstrument. What will 2012 bring us?

I expect that in 2012 the adoption of Agile continues, and we will see Agile and Lean more together to develop teams that deliver business value. And I expect Lean Startup to take off in 2012, to get companies in contact with their customers and deliver what they really need.
